Why Donate
The Fender Music Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public nonprofit. In other words, it is funded by people like you.
Your donation will allow us to continue to put instruments into the music education programs that need them most. We are contacted daily by teachers and program directors who desperately need help: school music teachers who usually receive no funding for musical instruments, after-school program directors who see their students in desperate need of music to get them involved and off the streets, and nonprofit organizations who see the value of music therapy but have no funding for the instruments.
Your donation will go a long way for these programs. Just $50 will put a guitar in a school so that it can be used by about 20 children throughout the year; $500 will fulfill a small grant supplementing a music program that already has some instruments; and $5,000 will fulfill all of the instrument needs of a program, directly reaching hundreds to thousands of people.

Memorial or honorary donations
Many donations to The Fender Music Foundation are made in honor of someone's birthday, wedding,
Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, confirmation or other special occasion. We also receive donations in memory of
the music makers and music lovers whom we have lost. Donations of these types can be made with any
of the above methods. And, if you would like us to inform the honoree or honoree's family of your
donation, please provide it either with the donation or in an email to info@fendermusicfoundation.org.
